Self-help is when you take the actions to better yourself, by yourself, for yourself. YOU do the things that are needed to make your life better. Self-help can be achieved in many different ways.

Things that are considered self-help include taking a break, going outside and getting some fresh air, working out and making sure you are getting enough sleep. Although these things don’t always seem important they can make a huge difference on how you are feeling physically and emotionally.

Practicing self-help can help reduce depression, anxiety, and stress. It can also improve your

mood, concentration, and happiness.

If you are feeling down and out, take some time for yourself to practice self-help. I can almost guarantee you will feel better afterwards!

Most people want to improve their life

You will not be able to achieve these things overnight, but will have to work on them throughout your lifetime. You need to be motivated and willing to change to make it work.

There are five key things that will help you achieve your goals:

Self-Help is important because it is proven to help anxiety and depression, improve

concentration, minimize anger, improve energy and reduce stress. Self-Help can be anything

you do that keeps you healthy- physically, mentally, and emotionally. Practicing self-help can

help you have less bad days and will allow you to take some time to do the things that YOU

need, to help better yourself. Being able to take that little time and caring for yourself can help

you improve different aspects of your life like relationships with family and friends, better

productivity at work, more confidence in your day to day life and just overall feeling better about

yourself. If you don’t feel like you're getting enough self-help, sit down and take the time to really

look at your life and figure out what you're missing. Find out what you need to improve to make
